Thank you to everyone who came out for my lecture at Lomography in LA tonight! It went so much smoother than all the senarios playing out in my head all week. So grateful to those who came. A big thank you to Lomography as well! Excited to kick of their very first lecture series.

I made a map of all my favorite secret spots to shoot photography in LA! I hope someone out there actually uses this when they need to escape from the city. It took me years to find all of these spots and I shoot in each location as often as possible. Enjoy!

We stumbled upon Claire Oring’s work the other day through a friend on Facebook and bookmarked about half of her photographs for inspiration. One of those uber-talented ‘slashies” (photographer/illustrator/animator/explorer/all-around cool chick), her work makes us wish the freedom of summer would come sooner. Check out her website here and her blog here!
